Section 1.

How to Start(Ref Image 1)
Double click on Ninja Trader8 (64-bit)
Ninja control center and Charts (workspace) will open

How to Close Ninja

  • Do not close Charts First(Ref Image 2)
  • Always close “Ninja 8” Control Centre First(Ref Image 3)

but “Save work space” while closing, Press on “Yes” Button
If you Close Charts first by mistake
Click on “No to all” button While Closing Ninja

Procedure to load Default “BellTPO Workspace”
If “Charts\BellTPO Workspace” does not open automatically do the following

  • Close “Ninja 8” (if opened)
  • Search for “BellTPOInstall.exe” file in (Shortcut may be on your Desktop)(Ref Image 4)
  • Rt click and Run this File as Administrator(Ref Image 5) & (Ref Image 6)
  • Now open “Ninja 8 64-bit”

Section 6

Trouble shooting Common issues
If your query is 1. Charts not “Updating”\Charts not” loading”\”Blank” charts
Happens due to data loading issues

Solution 1:

  • Close Truedata(Velocity)(in case if your datafeed is Truedata)
  • Close Ninja 8 (direct Step 2 in case GDFL)
  • Open Ninja 8

Solution 2:

Your Workspace may be corrupted
1. You have to Create a New workspace
OR
Restore your specially Saved Workspace as explained in Section 8
OR
Follow Procedure load Default “Bell Workspace” as explained Section 3

Solution 3:

Put a plain candlestick chart witoout indicators) on a new tab/new chart check for the candles and values(updating if market is open) (Ref Image 7,8,9, 10)
on this candle stick chart apply BellTPO indicators a fresh if u don’t get candle stick chart then Contact your Datafeed Vendor (https://www.truedata.in/) OR (https://globaldatafeeds.in/) ask them to put a candle stick chart

Solving OrderFlow Chart Issues

  • In a new Tab Open a new tick chart load 3 days(Ref Image 11,12)
  • Rt Click select “Reload All hist. Data”(Ref Image 13)
  • Click on OF Chart Rt Click and Reload Ninja Script(Ref Image 14)

MP Chart some TPOs missing / Previous days Chart improper/missing
Put a new candle stick chart check all candles for all the days are present(Ref Image 15)
If present then apply MP PRO indicator(Ref Image 16, 17)
If a few candles are still missing
Contact your Data Vendor and show them missing candles

Stopping Rdelta Sound
Do following changes in indicator settings
Scroll and search for “Sound File …” and delete the “Announcement” parameter then apply(Ref Image 18,19)
Do it for all the “RDELTA” and “MP Pro”/”Ultimate” charts

Ninja Workspace Backup Restore
Make sure you “Close Ninja” before you backup and restore workspace(Ref Image 20)
Ninja Workspace folder “C:\Users\Admin\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\workspaces”
Always Copy\backup your “workspace Files” when working “Fine”
(say on your Desktop Folder “My_Workspace” OR “Pendrive” OR “D Drive”)
In case if the Workspace corrupted
Copy it back From Desktop Folder “My Workspace” OR “Where ever you are stored to(Ref Image 21, 22)
Ninja workspace folder ( location mentioned above)

Antivirus Settings
Avoid Mc Afee antivirus (It doesn’t allow you to “exclude” the whole “Folder” from scanning) and also they don’t have any chat/phone support for Other Antivirus users find the options to “exclude Folder” from scanning and exclude the Folders mentioned below
Ninja 8 in “Documents”
Ninja 8 in “Program Files(86)”
Truedata in “Program Files(86)”
make sure to include Subfolders also.
